He does this by helping you to make changes to your lifestyle and mind-set – “it all starts in your head” he says, and he’s right. It might be weight loss, or just improved fitness that you want to achieve. Kris can help with both.

When you begin work with Kris, he’ll spend time talking to you about your goals, what you want to achieve and why. By understanding what motivates you he can really help you work on changing habits and beliefs that might hold you back. Then he can put together a program that really works for you.

He knows that every one of his clients is an individual with their own needs and background – by getting to understand you as thoroughly as possible he knows he can help you to overcome any obstacles and reach your targets.

Kris believes in sensible, sustainable changes that you will find easy enough to stick to. As he says:

“I hate fad diets, despise fat pills and hate ‘restriction’. I get the biggest buzz out of helping people ‘see the light’ and recognise that it’s about what they do consistently that counts and how their mind-set is vital when approaching their weight management goal.”

He has been in the health and fitness industry for 15 years and has spent the past five years working as a personal trainer. He has found that his passion lies in working 1 to 1 with clients, helping them reach their goals, but then going beyond the short term–he loves helping people to create ongoing healthy lifestyles, That allow them to live their lives to the full.

Kris has worked with people from all starting points.

“I’ve trained clients who began as very obese, and then I’ve worked with someone suffering with anorexia. I’ve had some athletes as clients too. Where are you begin is not important–it’s where you want to go that matters.”
